Here's How Our Market Basket Subscription Service Works
Through this website, you may purchase a Market Basket Subscription, and add-on items at your convenience. See our FAQs for additional information.
Picking Up Your Basket
Arrive at your chosen pick-up location during the designated
pickup time. Your individual Market Basket will be labeled with your last name.
Please take your basket and initial by your name on the checklist. Return your
empty basket to the pick-up location the following week. Please keep the area
clean and tidy.
Our policy is that we do not guarantee Market Baskets with perishable foods (meat, dairy, eggs, fermented foods) past the designated pickup time. Out of courtesy to all involved, we ask that you adhere to the designated pickup time. No credit is issued when a person arrives late to claim their box.
If there is a problem with something in your basket, or something was inadvertently missed, please email us firstname.lastname@example.org We are able to credit your account if needed.
Going out of town?
It is easy to manage your account online. If you are going out of town and want to skip your next pickup, you can put a future basket on hold by going to your account and clicking on the calendar day you wish to hold. All holds must be placed by 11:59PM Sunday before the next pickup day. If you put your box on hold, we will refund your credit card for the weekly value of the box. Unfortunately, we cannot accept last minute cancellations. If you forget to let us know you won't be able to pickup your box, one option is to have a friend pick it up for you and try us out for a week!
All payments will be posted to your membership account as soon as they are received. You agree that if you choose to pay by credit card, you will be charged for your Market Basket, as well as any one-time add-ons, before each delivery. If you choose to pre-pay for the whole month, your card will be billed at the beginning of that term, before receiving your first basket. You can put my account on hold at any time and skip deliveries, but You need to do this one week before that delivery date. See our FAQs for additional information.
In the spirit of community supported agriculture (CSA), you agree to the risks and rewards of farming. We only provide refunds for baskets put on hold. All holds must be placed by 11:59PM Sunday before the next pickup day. If you put your box on hold, we will refund your credit card for the weekly value of the box.
The Peachtree City Farmers Market will never sell or share your information with a third party. However we will use the information you provide to communicate with you electronically and through postal mail about the Market Basket Subscription Service and News about the Market.
